- Organization of an International Forum on Financing Social Entrepreneurship – date to come.
- Organization of conferences and corporate events.
- Consulting and engineering for the assembly of conferences, forums and new on-line and off-line event formats.
After more than 12 years of experience – from 2002 to 2015 – in the event industry, trade shows and conferences acquired at Reed Exhibitions – and its subsidiary Reed MIDEM, the world leader in the trade show industry, I decided to found my own company in order to put my achievements at the service of social innovation and economy.
During these 12 years I held various positions of responsibility and I was a member of the steering committee “show committee”, of the steering committee of the Commercial Effectiveness programs – of the Reed Exhibitions group, as well as many other committees (sales, marketing, new business). I ensured the smooth running of the Group’s largest exhibition, The MIPIM show, in 2009, before launching new formats at the Real Estate division, in my role as Director of New Developments for this division.
Prior to that, I worked as a sales and marketing manager for financial companies after starting my career in the mergers and acquisitions with Schroders Investment Bank in London.
I am a graduate of Dauphine and I also followed in 2015 short training courses on measuring the social impact and financing associations with ESSEC and Mines Paris-Tech / Adema.

Experte des sujets stratégiques, juridiques et de gouvernance de projets à fort impact social et environnemental, avec une forte orientation sur les entreprises sociales et solidaires.
Après un cursus en droit (Paris II – NYU) et école de commerce (HEC), j’ai exercé 5 ans en qualité d’avocate en fusions-acquisitions au sein du cabinet américain Latham&Watkins.
Après un tour du monde, j’ai rejoint la direction juridique de Proparco en charge des prises de participation. La filiale secteur privé de l’Agence Française de Développement finance le développement de projets à impact positif dans les pays émergents portant sur de multiples secteurs (énergie, infrastructures, santé, alimentation, éducation, etc.) en y intégrant tout particulièrement les critères extra-financiers de la Banque Mondiale (IFC Performance Standards on Environmental and Social Sustainability). Tout comme la Banque Néerlandaise de Développement (FMO) où j’ai eu l’occasion de travailler en détachement, sur des projets liés aux énergies renouvelables et de plateformes d’infrastructures en Afrique.
J’ai par la suite été Responsable Juridique et Compliance du fonds d’investissement InfraVia Capital Partners, spécialisé sur des projets d’infrastructures en France et en Europe. Depuis, j’ai souhaité mettre mes compétences au profit de projets à fort impact social et environnemental, en conseillant des entrepreneurs sociaux via le Réseau Ashoka et des fonds d’impact, en m’associant au développement de projets de Tech For Good pour une meilleure mise en œuvre des objectifs de développement durable, et en essayant d’associer les citoyens à ce mouvement à travers le Comité 21 (au sein duquel je suis membre du Conseil d’Administration).
